Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched training, competitive compensation, and support for your success.
• Earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually (base + bonuses), with potential to exceed $120,000 in your second year.
• Participate in an open-door policy for training and development.
• Receive quarterly bonuses and profit sharing tied to fee collections.
