Associate Attorney--Family Law--($120k-$180k)
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related issues
- Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s Family Law practice
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Family Law experience (Washington and/or Oregon)
- Active license to practice law in Washington (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Demonstrated work ethic and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in developing a long-term practice and client base

Salary: $115,000 - $180,000 per year
