About the role
LOGS Legal Group LLP is a leader in creditors’ rights law for nearly 50 years, seeking an Associate Attorney with experience working on eviction and creditors rights law to join their New York team.
Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
Qualifications
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Skills
- Bonus qualifications: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000
Schedule
Remote position with requirement to routinely travel to court for appearances. Local court-related travel required. Must reside in the tristate area and have the ability to travel to court appearances in designated counties.

Remote - (must reside in the greater tristate area with ability to appear in various counties in the downstate NY area)
