Associate Attorney - Construction Defect

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own caseload, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Work with little supervision; prioritize and anticipate work needs; perform well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to bill.
