Pay Rate: $112,804 - $141,005 annually

Responsibilities

The associate will advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. The practice includes significant work involving healthcare transactions, academic medicine, clinical research, and the use and commercialization of health data.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar
  • 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
