Associate Attorney - Class Action/Data Breach (REMOTE)

We are working with a nationwide, plaintiff law firm that focuses on a variety of practice areas. The firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join the Data Breach & Privacy Class Actions team.

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in class action and data breach law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a track record of handling their own caseload from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in class action law (plaintiff or defense work)
• Experience handling data breach class action cases
• Strong litigation experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently from start to finish

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000 – $180,000 per year, plus bonus. The base salary is determined by years of experience as a licensed attorney.
