Associate Attorney - Class Action/Data Breach (REMOTE)

We are working with a nationwide, plaintiff law firm that focuses on a variety of practice areas. The firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join the Data Breach & Privacy Class Actions team.

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in class action and data breach law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a track record of handling their own caseload from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of data breach and privacy class action cases from start to finish
• Litigate class action matters with a focus on data breach and privacy issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in class action law (plaintiff or defense work)
• Experience with data breach class action cases
• Strong litigation background
• Experience managing a caseload independently

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus. The base salary is determined by years of experience as a licensed attorney.
