Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Support trial preparation and case strategy development
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Exposure to litigation tasks such as drafting motions, discovery, and court appearances preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• J.D. from an accredited law school (Top 100 preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Pay

Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000, depending on experience
