About the role
We are seeking highly motivated Associate Attorney candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience to join our business transactions practice.
Responsibilities
- Advise businesses and their owners on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Provide support to more senior attorneys on corporate and commercial matters.
- Work directly with clients and experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions.
- Assume increasing responsibility for managing matters from inception through closing.
- Manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience advising businesses on corporate and commercial matters.
- Particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset‑based lending, and general corporate transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong writer and communicator.
- Demonstrated sound legal and business judgment.
