About the role

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to join one of our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins).

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
  • Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
  • Must be able to relocate within commutable distance to one of our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins) and fulfill the in-person responsibilities of a practicing attorney within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
  • Active admission to the Colorado State Bar.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$130,000 - $172,000 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid model with remote work first, with the option to return to in-person work after 6 months.
