Responsibilities
- Work with brokers in the office on retail listings
- Perform market research and analysis
- Identify potential clients, generate lists, and cold call
- Participate in creating presentations
- Affiliate with maintaining company databases and files
- Organize, maintain files and records
- Perform special projects as needed
- Assist prospects in accessing vacant space
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-year degree
- 1-2 years of real estate experience
- Desire to learn
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced and professional work environment
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Active Georgia real estate license
Learning Objective
