Overview

The Art Director at Shinesty is responsible for leading the visual identity and execution of marketing materials. The role requires a deep understanding of Shinesty's brand ethos and the ability to translate it across various channels.

Requirements

• Strong visual direction and production art skills
• Experience in an art direction field, preferably at an ad agency or internal brand team
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
• Experience in crafting and refining style guides and brand guidelines
• Knowledge of AI tools and when to use them

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art direction
• Absolutely comfortable with creativity and storytelling
• Curiosity about the impact of visuals and copy
• Able to balance brand and entertainment needs with conversion goals
