Associate Architecture AI Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a curious and motivated Associate Architecture AI Analyst to help develop intelligent solutions using machine learning and large language models. Working with senior architects and AI specialists, you will gain hands-on experience with AI architecture, backend development, and Anthropic Claude.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of AI architecture solutions.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Java and Python.
• Build AI features and workflows using Anthropic Claude APIs.
• Assist with prompt engineering, data preparation, and AI pipelines.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
• Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, data science, product, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to one year of professional, academic, or project-based experience in software development or AI.
• Foundational knowledge of Java, Python, and object-oriented programming.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version-control workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in responsible AI and the Anthropic Claude ecosystem.
• Financial-services or personal loan-management knowledge is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Academic or personal projects involving machine learning, NLP, or AI pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.

Duration: 12+ months | Compensation: OPEN | Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site 3-4/week)
