Associate Annual Giving Officer - Foundation

About the role

The Associate Annual Giving Officer is responsible for creating and managing strategies to secure significant annual donations (often $1,000+) from high-potential donors. This role focuses on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major gift prospects.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to secure significant annual donations from high-potential donors.
• Build and nurture relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future.
• Bridge regular annual giving with major gifts to ensure a consistent revenue stream.
• Organize and manage projects/programs to achieve fundraising goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 4+ years in direct fundraising (preferably in higher education, healthcare or other nonprofits), sales or similar experience.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, data analysis, and fundraising skills.
• Experience organizing and managing projects/programs.

Skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $33.05 - $51.30 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works on a day shift.
