Associate Analyst, Client Compensation
About the Role
The Associate Analyst position in Client Compensation supports several key areas across the Client Compensation team. The level of support will vary based on business need, requiring self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. The role involves research, investigation, and analysis to ensure advisors receive accurate compensation.
Responsibilities
- Sort and model data, support process analysis/redesign, and assist in project work.
- Communicate with others and balance workload in a dynamic environment to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Perform complex data analysis, reconciliations, and design/develop ad-hoc reports.
- Interact with internal and external partners to ensure data accurately reflects reporting needs.
- Provide SME data support to external organizations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of operational experience in a financial services environment.
- High energy self-starter; must be able to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing assignments.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillset with high attention to detail.
Preferences
- Experience working on commissions for advisors.
- Experience solving complex issues and working with 3rd party clients in a timely manner.
- Experience with Oracle/ComRidge, Varicent, or Dynamics.
- Reporting experience using MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Pay
Pay Range: $20.85–$34.71/hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
