Associate - Alternative Investments

About the role

An Associate in Business Tax Services assists clients with a wide range of corporate tax matters, including planning, research, compliance, provision work, and mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging industry knowledge and innovative technologies to deliver tailored tax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advising clients on various corporate tax services
• Support the preparation of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other entities
• Contribute to industry‑specific knowledge sharing within teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, tax, or finance
• Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or Master’s in Taxation from an accredited institution
• Knowledge of broad corporate tax issues across industries is preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
