Our portfolio focuses on regenerative solutions designed to support practice growth, adoption of new treatment options, and delivery of meaningful patient results.

This role is an junior field sales position designed to develop future Aesthetic Territory Managers. Working under the mentorship of a Regional Sales Director or experienced Territory Manager, you will support territory growth by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and assisting with sales strategy execution. As part of our sales development program, you will gain hands-on experience in medical aesthetics while building consultative selling skills and learning our product portfolio. Successful Associates are expected to advance into a full Territory Manager role within approximately 12 to 18 months.

Associates are eligible to participate in incentive compensation by earning a percentage of commissions on qualified business opportunities they generate and help close.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with an assigned Territory Manager to grow the territory and increase market penetration.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Qualify prospective accounts and schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Territory Manager.
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout the assigned territory.
  • Conduct routine account visits and customer follow-up activities.
  • Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and appropriate use of Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, educational programs, and in-office training.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions under the guidance of leadership.
  • Support customer onboarding and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with trade shows, conferences, educational programs, and customer appreciation events.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and pipeline information within the company's CRM.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers, Clinical Educators, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to support customer success.
  • Develop knowledge of the aesthetics market, competitive products, and industry trends.
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and compliance training.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports, pipeline updates, expense reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional sales, customer-facing, healthcare, or business development experience preferred.
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a field sales career.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
  • Successful completion of a favorable background investigation.

Essential Functions

  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including frequent driving and occasional overnight travel.
  • Operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Lift and transport product samples, training materials, and marketing materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during customer visits, training sessions, conferences, and events.
  • Sit for prolonged periods while driving or working on a computer.
  • Regularly use a computer, tablet, smartphone, and other office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Learn and retain technical product knowledge and apply it during customer interactions.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Represent Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma professionally in all customer interactions.

Location: Remote - Candidate must be physically located in Orlando, FL (or surrounding area). Reports to: Regional Sales Director, Southeast.
