Associate Aerospace Engineer
Position Summary
This position is located at Robins AFB, GA. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide sustaining engineering support for F-15 Integrity Engineering, including field and depot troubleshooting and engineering problem solving, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) support, Technical Order development, engineering support for structural aircraft modifications, reliability and maintainability investigations, and structural integrity program support.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for F-15 aircraft, focusing on sustaining engineering tasks such as troubleshooting, problem solving, and supporting DLA and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide field and depot troubleshooting and engineering problem solving for F-15 aircraft
- Support DLA with technical orders and other engineering tasks
- Develop and maintain Technical Orders for F-15 aircraft
- Support structural aircraft modifications and reliability and maintainability investigations
- Support the structural integrity program for F-15 aircraft
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is preferred
- 1 or more years work experience in aircraft structural fatigue and repair is preferred
- Familiarity with principles of fracture mechanics is preferred
- CAD (NX, Solidworks) experience is preferred
- USAF or Navy aircraft experience is preferred
