Associate Administrative Analyst (Office Operations)

About the role

The OPPORTUNITY is to join Alameda CTC as an Associate Administrative Analyst. Under the direction of the Director of Contract Services and Operations or designee, the role involves:

• Planning, organizing, assisting and/or participating in complex, sensitive, and detailed analytical work;
• Performing tasks related to facilities management, including office maintenance, operations, acquisitions, equipment needs and tracking, and management of office vendor accounts;
• Performing skilled word processing and data entry;
• Preparing correspondence using independent judgment in content and style;
• Maintaining and updating specialized databases;
• Analyzing practices and procedures and making recommendations for operational, policy and procedural improvements;
• Performing related work as required.

Alameda County is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, covering 821 square miles and having a population exceeding 1.6 million.

Organization

Alameda CTC is a joint powers authority that plans, funds, and delivers transportation programs and projects for Alameda County. It was formed by merging the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency and the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority to enhance transportation planning and programming within the county.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in office administration or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $106,206 to $138,068;
