ASSOCIATE ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT - REMOTE
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only sections that have real specific content. We have:
- Company Overview (maybe "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can map "Company Overview" to "About the role"? Probably we should include an "About the role" section summarizing position overview? The position overview is given: "Waveguide’s Associate Acoustics Consultant provides entry level support..." That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role
with
. - Responsibilities: we have a list of responsibilities bullet points. Use
- .
- Requirements: we have "Role Qualifications" which includes degree, experience, etc. That could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We have qualifications list. Could split: Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications (skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Might combine into one Qualifications section. However we have both "Role Qualifications" heading and also list of skills like proficiency in MS Office, etc. Could treat all as Qualifications. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Pay we have salary range and bonus. Schedule we have remote/home-based primary workplace with up to 20% travel, preferred location West Coast, etc. That's schedule info. So we can include Pay and Schedule.
Benefits: we have a long list of benefits. So include Benefits.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, application instructions, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting that are substantive: company overview, position overview, responsibilities list, qualifications list (degree, experience, instrumentation, communication skills, familiarity with building types, proficiency in reading drawings, proficiency in acoustical measurements, HVAC noise/vibration, acoustic calculations, computer skills, suitable environment for calls, remote work %, travel %), benefits list, salary range, bonus, remote work schedule details, preferred location.
We must not include "Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story" etc. That's likely boilerplate/application instruction; remove.
We must not include the link for paid time off benefits info (that's maybe part of benefits but it's a link; we could keep as part of benefits? It's a link to PDF; but it's still substantive? It's about benefits info. Might keep as part of benefits but it's a link; but we can keep the text "Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws." That's substantive. The link maybe not needed; but we can keep the sentence.
We must not include EEO statement, disclaimer, etc.
We must not include "Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis." etc.
We must not include "Waveguide maintains a drugfree workplace." That's maybe boilerplate; remove.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:
About the role
... (company overview + position overview?) Actually we need to include company overview and position overview. Could combine: first paragraph company overview, second paragraph position overview. Or separate? But only one About the role section. We'll put both.

We must ensure we didn't repeat content: we have remote/travel mentioned also in Qualifications (suitable environment for audio and video calls, 80+% remote work anticipated; minimal travel required ( before the list. But the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones; we could incorporate that sentence into Benefits section as abefore the
- . That's fine.
Similarly, "Other Forms of Compensation: 5% Bonus" we included in Pay.
