About the role

Your role at Kyndryl involves leveraging your expertise in comprehensive consulting capabilities to craft innovative solutions for large Kyndryl accounts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, guiding them towards success. You will also foster talent development and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Profitable Growth:
    • Sustain growth: Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
    • Manage margin expectations and backlog growth.
    • Spot opportunities: Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
    • Determine scope: Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk.
  • Build Customer Engagement:
    • Get connected: Build and maintain deep relationships with customer CXOs and be seen as the 'go-to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives.
    • Take the lead: Lead C-level customer interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables, and outputs of a deal engagement.
    • Inform and advise: Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement.
    • Keep customers happy: Enhance customer satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development. Secure customer references.

    • Take control: Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment.
  • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
  • Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
  • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $185,760 to $334,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160 California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800 Colorado: $185,760 to $334,320 Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800 New York City: $222,960 to $401,160 Washington: $204,360 to $367,800 Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
