AI Workflow Architect, Business Operations

About the role

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a maintainable, AI-enabled knowledge and query layer that provides high-level answers.
• Reduce manual coordination across PMM, marketing, analytics, and finance partners by establishing lightweight processes.
• Create a central knowledge repository capturing structured inputs in a consistent, maintainable format.
• Implement an AI query layer providing accurate, high-level summaries for authorized users.
• Deliver an end-state experience enabling org leadership and teammates to query the tool for initial answers without ad hoc coordination.
• Potentially partner with Analytics and Finance to surface commonly used metrics and reduce manual pulling and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Operations mindset with demonstrated ability to design workflows that teams will adopt and maintain.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI platforms and agent frameworks; ability to build with these platforms immediately.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered tools or orchestrating platform-based solutions.
• Able to scope quickly, operate with ambiguity, and deliver a working tool within a ~6-month engagement.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and data partners.
• MBA preferred + 5 years of experience OR equivalent practical experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing or product marketing organizations.
• Experience integrating or surfacing data from multiple sources toward self-serve metric access.
• Prior experience in or alongside a Strategy & Operations function.
