AI Workflow Engineer
Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing team workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows tailored to the team's needs — including prompt-based automation, LLM-assisted reporting, document drafting, and data summarization.
- Work directly with team members to introduce AI tools through hands-on coaching and training.
- Create practical guides and reference materials to support ongoing adoption.
- Iterate and improve workflow implementations based on team feedback.
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong prompt engineering skills — ability to design effective, reusable prompts for complex business tasks.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows for business processes (reporting, communication drafting, summarization, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for lightweight automation is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, Keynote, Google Workspace, Slack) and ability to integrate AI into these environments.
- Excellent communicator — able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- Collaborative, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping colleagues work smarter.
- Hightly organized and self-directed.
Location Requirement
Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work on-site in Sunnyvale/Cupertino a minimum of three days per week.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
