About the Role
With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, we rely on sophisticated technology, resources, and infrastructure to ensure continued success. This position is responsible for the workflow management of all marketing projects from brief intake through creative release, including creative requests from briefing to managing deadlines, routing, and ensuring all deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Project Managers and Art Directors to align resource allocation and work prioritization.
- Reviews Wrike forms (briefs) to ensure teams have the necessary information to complete the project and create schedules according to project type.
- Oversees project activity in Wrike, ensuring project progress is on time, and if stopped, discovers roadblocks and escalates to solutions.
- Routes all marketing projects to channel owners, ensuring all feedback has been received from stakeholders within the scheduled timeframe.
- Communicates with Project Manager on the status of all projects, raising awareness of any projects at risk using dashboards and reports in Wrike.
- Understands priorities and ensures that questions and changes are resolved.
- Creates efficiencies through standardizing processes within the workflow platform.
- Onboards new users to the workflow platform, including setup of login and training; maintains an active user list.
- Chico’s Brand: Facilitates end-to-end GTM Process for Chico’s Outlet, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep processes and projects on time.
- WHBM/SOMA Brands: Facilitates the promotional planning process by attending weekly meetings, cascading updates via email and in weekly download meetings. Builds the weekly agenda and shares it prior to meetings. Creates and maintains the marketing calendar promotions.
- This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
- 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing department within a multi-channel retail environment with a growing, dynamic brand.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities daily.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead a team.
- Basic understanding of the creative process, including file types, print production processes, and digital terminology.
- Passion for retail and fashion.
