About the role
The Associate Manager Modernization plays a key role in keeping Hershey’s Modernization Program moving with clarity, consistency, and high-quality execution. In this role, you will partner closely with the EMT Governance Manager and cross-functional partners across Strategy, Capital, IS, and the EMT core team to support program governance, system operations, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. You will help turn program data, enhancement requests, and stakeholder feedback into practical insights that enable better decisions and stronger adoption across the business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the EMT project management system by supporting idea and project creation, conversion, ongoing updates, user access, issue resolution, data integrity, and timely stakeholder reporting.
- Partner with the EMT Governance Manager to coordinate program planning, enhancements, prioritization, testing, deployment, and rollout support.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready communications and program updates that highlight milestones, risks, progress, and key decisions.
- Maintain and improve the EMT knowledge repository, including business process documentation, functional and technical specifications, training guides, and videos.
- Analyze system data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to sustain standard processes and enable consistent program execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, governance, business analysis, project portfolio management, system administration, or a related corporate environment.
- Experience with enterprise systems, stakeholder communications, training materials, documentation repositories, reporting, and cross-functional partnership is strongly preferred.
