About the role

Coordinates, tracks, and monitors IT hardware assets and/or software licenses across the organization. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures related to IT inventory management and software usage.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces compliance with all purchasing system policies and process requirements related to IT assets.
  • Ensures that all hardware and software asset inventory systems are accurately maintained and escalates concerns or issues accordingly.
  • Accountable for overall effectiveness of the hardware and software asset system(s).
  • Performs all receiving, shipping, and tracking functions of IT-related equipment.
  • Manages IT supplies, consumable requests, and proper inventory levels.
  • Maintains IT inventory database and provides reports as needed.
  • Conducts physical inventory audits, including reconciliations, findings, and actions taken regarding proposed changes to current processes.
  • Works with technicians to ensure IT equipment fulfillment.
  • Updates existing documentation for changes in processes and prepares control documentation, flowcharts, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of IT procurement and contracts—purchasing processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Assists with purchasing IT hardware and software.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with cross-functional customer groups and IT partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three (2–3) years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Access databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and general IT-related knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions, and complete projects with little direction.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA, requiring regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for the division.

Pay

This position includes a base pay range of $34.28—$54.81 USD per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
