Responsibilities
- Define field medical strategy and HCP engagement plans with the Head of Medical Affairs
- Develop frameworks for measuring field effectiveness and performance metrics
- Drive field medical launch readiness and resource planning
- Coverage for global/national/regional conferences
- Maintain clinical expertise and disseminate learnings to stakeholders
- Manage operational systems and reporting for insights generation
- Create tools to improve field medical team execution and support their development
Qualifications
- PharmD, Ph.D., MD, or other advanced healthcare degrees; relevant experience considered
- 5+ years in medical affairs or field medical excellence with a high-performance record
- Experience in rare diseases and/or skeletal dysplasia preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage in scientific dialogue with KOLs
- Proficiency in clinical research and pharmaceutical product development
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments

Pay
$210,000 – $250,000 annually
