About the role

The Associate Director, Investor Relations will play a crucial role in the Investor Relations team, providing strategic support to senior management in communicating the company's key messages to the investment community. This position involves developing and executing the global investor relations program, preparing and presenting materials for various investor engagements, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's financials and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and communication of our company's messages about strategy, performance, and outlook through written materials and presentations.
  • Support the IR team in preparing key messages, Q&A, slide decks, and other materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, medical meetings, and other investor engagements.
  • Proactively assess potential impacts of budget changes and forecast adjustments from an IR perspective.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to ensure an understanding of key metrics and drivers for the Company and how these align with sell-side and buy-side perceptions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, pipeline, financial performance, competitive landscape, and financial markets to represent the company effectively to the investment community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business-related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, along with strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial and analytical outputs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using PowerBI preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial and analytical outputs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using PowerBI preferred.
