This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of clinical study protocols based on strategic concepts
- Collaborate on trial design elements, including CRF and data review plans
- Analyze and interpret study results, ensuring accurate data reporting
- Identify issues through data monitoring and develop strategic solutions
- Support the creation of regulatory documents for product approvals
- Assist in target engagement assay implementations for dose selection
- Communicate study results effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical or science degree (RN, MA, PharmD, NP, PhD)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience post-MA or 3 years post-PharmD/PhD
- Experience with planning, executing, and reporting clinical studies in pharma
- Ability to summarize and present study data effectively
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Understanding of the drug development process, from pre-IND to post-registration
- Broad knowledge of drug development functions, including regulatory and clinical operations
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$180,000 – $264,000 annually
