About the role

Numotion is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all products meet customer needs and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product features and timelines
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats
• Manage product launches and post-launch support
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience in complex rehab technology or medical device industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of user-centered design principles

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
