Assisted Nurse Manager - Float Pool

Role Summary This position provides leadership support to a healthcare department, assisting the Nurse Manager in ensuring patient safety, quality outcomes, and staff development. The role involves evaluating staff performance, developing and implementing care standards, coaching team members, and collaborating with educators to meet educational needs. It includes managing resources, optimizing patient throughput, and resolving operational, budgetary, and personnel issues. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in NursingState licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red CrossMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience in critical care, surgical, emergency, or women and infants units This role is onsite with responsibilities centered on staff oversight, patient care standards, resource management, and operational improvement, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and team performance.
