About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Life Services Coordinator (CMA/CNA/Non-Certified) to join our Maggie’s Place Memory Care team. The Life Services Coordinator cultivates an environment that maximizes each resident’s independence by delivering assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meals, and other tasks to facilitate well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to residents as assigned and indicated on Resident Service Plans, including grooming, dressing guidance, bathing assistance, and medication reminders/assistance
• Report any significant resident changes to the nurse
• Monitor and document changes in resident needs, preferences, or health status according to established procedures
• Review the Staff 24-Hour Communication log and Tenant Service Notes daily for updates on resident service needs or health conditions
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks, monitor food expiration dates, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Complete housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and common spaces, making and changing bed linens, and laundry services
• Maintain and facilitate the activity calendar, engaging residents in spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities
• Provide companionship to residents
• Work effectively with minimal supervision and in a team setting
• Follow safety policies to ensure resident safety
• Uphold and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Attend and participate in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned
• Follow infection control guidelines
• Observe residents’ rights, including privacy and dignity

Schedule

We offer 8- and 12-hour shifts for nursing positions with the following openings:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Part-time)
• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Part-time)
• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Full-time & Part-time)

Full-time positions require 30+ hours weekly; part-time positions are up to 29 hours weekly.
