Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Offer excellent customer service
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (unless active on the DE Nurse Aide Registry)
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Capable of working independently and as a team

Benefits

• Compensation from $15.00-$17.00/hr - based on experience
• PLUS additional shift/weekend differentials
• Full-time day schedule: 7a-3p
• Every other weekend and holiday
