Assisted Living Administrator
About the role
Horizon House is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator to lead the next phase of operational excellence in one of Seattle's most respected life-plan senior living communities. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading the full operations of the Assisted Living business unit, including financial performance, staffing models, census growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, team development, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct supervision of managers and/or department leaders
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing with knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
