Salary placement on our Co-Curricular Salary schedule depends on the sport and the employee’s in-district experience as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the head coach to support their plan
• Run designated aspects of practice based on assigned skills
• Supervise students until they are picked up from practice and/or meets
• Organize and supervise game help
• Assist with supervision at activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• CHSAA test and regulation compliance
• Concussion education training (must be completed by applicant)
• Prior coaching experience in wrestling
• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills
• Leadership experience in meeting the social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs of students

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Visual, auditory, and ambulatory acuity important
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
• Work environment includes numerous distractions and requires flexibility, conflict management, high stress tolerance, and long hours
