Assistant Women's Swim & Dive Coach

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring Division I Swim and Diving student-athletes
• Organizing and implementing team’s training program and practices
• Providing administrative and organizational support for the program
• Aiding in meet preparation
• Assisting in the holistic development of swimming and diving student-athletes
• Engaging in recruiting activities such as campus and home visits, prospect identification and evaluation, phone calls, and correspondence
• Participating in community involvement
• Maintaining adherence to Marshall University, Sunbelt, and NCAA rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in coaching or working with student-athletes at the collegiate level
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
