Assistant Women's Soccer Coaches

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with practices and games (home and away)
• Assist with recruiting responsibilities
• Participate in recruits' campus visits
• Auxiliary with ID camps when needed
• Auxiliary with youth camps when needed
• Attend games, tournaments, ID events to watch and evaluate recruits
• Evaluate film for team instruction, scouting, and potential recruits
• Auxiliary with office administrative tasks such as database management, gear inventory, filing, phone calls, and athlete meetings

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior coaching or playing experience or both at the college level preferred
• Ability to lead, guide, and direct student-athletes
• First Aid, CPR, AED (can be completed after hire)
