Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Optimize warehouse workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory management practices.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Cook up equipment maintenance and address operational issues proactively.
- Support production schedules and customer fulfillment by maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within food manufacturing, food distribution, or a related industry.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary of $75,000-$100,000, based on experience.
Up to 20% annual management bonus.
