About the role
The Assistant Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of volleyball program management, including game planning, player development, and team strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the head coach in game planning and strategy sessions
- Work closely with players to develop their skills and improve performance
- Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team cohesion and success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Proven ability to motivate and develop athletes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Experience with volleyball rules and regulations
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
