About the role
The Assistant Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of volleyball program management, including game strategy, team development, and player recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement game strategies and practices based on player strengths and weaknesses.
- Work closely with the head coach to recruit and retain top talent.
- Manage team logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team cohesion and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective volleyball programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with high school and college athletes.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
