Assistant Volleyball Coach

About the role

The Assistant Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of volleyball program management, including game strategy, team development, and player recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game strategies and practices based on player strengths and weaknesses.
• Work closely with the head coach to recruit and retain top talent.
• Manage team logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team cohesion and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective volleyball programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with high school and college athletes.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
