We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Need to extract content. Let's parse the posting. Job Description: Assistant Vice President, Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Position Summary: paragraph about Genesis, etc. The Role: paragraph about owning everything. What You'll Drive: sub-sections: Operations, Growth & Access, Clinical Integration, Financial Performance, Data & Analytics, Talent, Strategic Execution. Who We're Looking For: bullet-like paragraphs describing desired qualifications. The Stack: list of benefits. What Success Looks Like in Year One: bullet points. About Genesis: paragraph. Requirements Qualifications: list. Benefits: list. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary + The Role?), Responsibilities (What You'll Drive subsections), Requirements (Who We're Looking For? Actually that's qualifications), Qualifications (Requirements Qualifications), Skills (maybe core competencies), Benefits (The Stack + Benefits), Pay (maybe mention competitive base salary + performance/productivity bonus), Schedule (flexible schedule). Need to include only if content present. We must not invent sections. Use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. About the role: Could be Position Summary + The Role paragraph (maybe combine). Use

. Responsibilities: The "What You'll Drive" sections: Operations, Growth & Access, Clinical Integration, Financial Performance, Data & Analytics, Talent, Strategic Execution. Each could be a

    • with description. Requirements: Could be "Who We're Looking For" paragraphs (desired experience). Could also be "Requirements Qualifications" but that seems more like qualifications. The instruction: Use Requirements and Qualifications separate headings. So Requirements likely refers to mandatory requirements (licensed PT/OT in Illinois, 7+ years leadership, etc). Qualifications could be preferred qualifications (advanced degree, orthopedic experience, value-based care, etc). Skills could be core competencies. Let's extract: Mandatory requirements (from "Who We're Looking For"): - You're a licensed PT or OT in Illinois (or getting there) - 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services and real multi-site operational chops. - You understand outpatient therapy economics, billing, and reimbursement — not at a surface level, but well enough to own a P&L and defend it. - You're an operator who came up through the clinic. You know what good therapy looks like from the inside. - You can read a dashboard and read a patient. Both skills are required here. - You're a builder. (maybe not a requirement) - You run toward data. You don't manage by instinct alone. You build dashboards, track KPIs, and hold teams accountable to metrics that actually connect to patient outcomes and financial performance. - You develop people. The Clinic Managers who report to you will be better operators because of this role. That outcome matters to you, not just the numbers on the dashboard. - You're mission-aligned. A significant portion of our patient population is on Medicaid or underinsured. Building a therapy platform that serves them — at the same standard as everyone else — is the job. That has to mean something to you. - Orthopedic or MSK experience is a plus. (maybe preferred) - Experience in value-based care models — bundles, capitation, episodic payments — is even better. - Familiarity with Illinois Medicaid and commercial payer dynamics is a genuine advantage. But many of these are "plus" or "advantage". Might be better to split: Requirements = mandatory: licensed PT/OT in Illinois, 7+ years progressive leadership experience in rehab services, multi-site operational leadership experience, understanding of outpatient therapy economics/billing/reimbursement enough to own P&L, operator background, ability to read dashboard and patient, mission-aligned (serving Medicaid). Could also include "You're a builder" etc but that's fluff. Qualifications (preferred): advanced degree (DPT, OTD, MBA, MHA, or related) strongly preferred; experience in orthopedic or MSK care settings; experience in value-based care models; demonstrated success scaling therapy operations; familiarity with Illinois Medicaid and commercial payer dynamics. Skills: Core Competencies list: Operational rigor and execution discipline; Data-driven leadership and dashboard fluency; Talent development and coaching excellence; Growth orientation with strong attention to access and retention; Ability to integrate clinical quality with financial performance; Strong communication and physician partnership skills. Benefits: The Stack list: Competitive base salary + performance/productivity bonus; Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with matching; Paid time off; Continuing education funds; License reimbursement; Disability and life insurance; Flexible schedule; Professional development opportunities; Direct line to the COO and a seat at the table where the platform strategy gets built. Also later Benefits section: Competitive salary package with potential for pay escalation via performance/productivity bonus; 401(k); 401(k) matching; Continuing education funds; Disability insurance; Flexible schedule; Health insurance; License reimbursement; Life insurance; Paid time off; Professional development opportunities. Duplicate. Pay: maybe mention competitive base salary + performance/productivity bonus. Schedule: Flexible schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Let's craft sections:

      About the role

Genesis has built something genuinely rare: a full-spectrum MSK platform — surgery, therapy, imaging, and everything in between — operating across 16 clinics in Chicagoland, serving Medicaid patients at scale, and proving every day that accessible care and excellent care are the same thing. The surgical side is humming. The clinical model is proven. Now we're ready to build rehabilitation into the platform it was always supposed to be — tightly integrated, protocol-driven, financially sustainable, and deeply accessible to the patients who need it most. That's the AVP of PT & OT job. And it's one of the most consequential operational leadership roles at Genesis right now. You'll own everything across PT and OT — strategy, operations, finance, talent, clinical quality, and growth — across a multi-site therapy operation that's expanding fast. You'll report directly to the COO, manage Clinic Managers and therapy office staff, and sit at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational performance. This isn't a pure desk job. You'll maintain 10–25% direct clinical productivity — staying close to the floor, modeling expectations, and keeping your instincts sharp.

That covers Position Summary and The Role.

      Responsibilities

      • Operations – Own day-to-day operations across all PT/OT clinics: staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and workflow standardization that actually scales; integrate therapy seamlessly with orthopedic clinics — reducing referral leakage and keeping patients inside the Genesis care pathway; build coverage models that work: in-person, hybrid, and tele-rehabilitation where the evidence and the patient population support it.
      • Growth & Access – Expand the PT/OT footprint across Chicago and surrounding markets — identifying new locations based on referral patterns and payer mix; build systems that ruthlessly optimize speed-to-first-visit and patient retention; extend hours, add sites, and remove every friction point that stands between a patient and their first appointment.
      • Clinical Integration – Partner with Genesis surgeons, PM&R physicians, and APPs to build protocol-driven rehabilitation pathways by diagnosis and procedure; embed PT/OT early — prehabilitation, conservative management, post-operative care — so therapy is part of the patient journey from the start, not an afterthought; align utilization with evidence-based guidelines and value-based care objectives.
      • Financial Performance – Own the P&L for PT/OT service lines: revenue, expenses, contribution margin; optimize therapist productivity and reimbursement performance; build prior authorization discipline — timely submissions, minimal denials, tight alignment between approved visits and care plans; drive conservative management strategies that reduce total cost of care — for the patient and the system.
      • Data & Analytics – Build and continuously refine operational dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into what's working and what isn't; define and own KPIs across the therapy organization: visits per case, units per visit, therapist productivity, days to first visit, cancellation rates, referral conversion, authorization turnaround, functional outcomes, patient satisfaction; create a culture of data transparency where every Clinic Manager knows their numbers and owns their performance.
      • Talent – Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing PT and OT clinicians and leaders across all markets; build and maintain academic partnerships with PT/OT programs to keep the hiring pipeline full; coach Clinic Managers to operational, financial, and clinical success; develop scalable staffing models — effective utilization of PTAs, COTAs, and support staff — that grow with the platform.
      • Strategic Execution – Run 90-day OKRs for yourself and your direct reports, aligned to the broader organizational priorities; drive disciplined execution against growth, operational, and financial targets — quarter after quarter.
