Job Details
- This position requires the following background checks: Cash Handling and Personally Identifiable Information background check.
Required Education and Experience
- Master's Degree.
- At least eight (8) years of directly related experience and progressively responsible experience in major and principal gift fundraising.
- Demonstrated success securing seven-figure gifts.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Fundraising experience in a capital campaign.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated success in closing major and principal gifts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a complex organization.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $175,000
A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.
