About the role

The Microsoft 365 / Azure Security Engineer serves as the subject matter expert responsible for the administration, security, governance, and operational support of the organization’s Microsoft cloud ecosystem. This role manages Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and related Microsoft security technologies while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and organizational security standards. The Engineer partners across IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams to secure cloud services, support digital transformation initiatives, manage identity and access controls, and drive continuous improvement of the organization’s Microsoft platform.
