Position Responsibilities
- Shaping and driving change strategies aligned with enterprise goals
- Leading delivery of change initiatives; tracking performance and mitigating risks
- Coaching team members while fostering collaboration and growth
- Applying data-driven insights to assess impact and guide decisions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and customize training plans based on employee and project requirements
- Building and implementing solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools
- Creating comprehensive process maps with a focus on user impact using Visio, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint and videos
- Developing content and designing training materials including e-learning videos, training guides and quick reference cards
- Researching and testing new technologies and processes to develop relevant learning materials
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with vendor support
- Maintaining and updating learning materials throughout project lifecycles and beyond
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of direct relevant experience is required
- Experience working with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Userlane, Appcues); strong knowledge of WalkMe is preferred
- Familiarity with implementing a range of training assets in the financial services industry is a plus
- Experience with design, user experience and Learning Management Systems is a plus
- Background in technology services and support is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $95,000 to $150,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
