About the role

Responsible for leading spirit cheerleading team on the varsity level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cheerleading routines
• Train and motivate team members
• Attend all home games and practices
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sports education or related field
• Experience coaching cheerleading at the high school level
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Passion for spirit cheerleading
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
