Location: Winograd K-8 School

Start Date: March 1, 2027

Salary placement on the Co-Curricular Salary schedule depends on the sport and the employee’s in-district experience as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract.

About the Role

This person will work closely with the head coach, supporting their plan and running specific aspects of practice. They will also supervise students until they are picked up from practice and/or meets.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise game help
• Assist with supervision at activities
• Supervise students until pickup after practice or meets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• CHSAA test and regulation Concussion Education
• Prior coaching experience in track (preferred)
• Complete concussion training
• Bilingual skills (preferred)

• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards
• Ability to perform all duties of the position
• Flexibility and ability to deal with conflict
• High tolerance for stress and long hours
• Quick internalization of information and informed decision-making

Work Environment

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Visual, auditory, and ambulatory acuity important
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
