Responsibilities

• Dance parties and structured learning
• Teaching life skills like sharing, cleaning up, and using words
• Helping toddlers navigate BIG emotions
• Answering "why?" on repeat
• High-fives, hugs, and constant movement
• We need a strong leader who can run a classroom, build routines, and still keep things fun and engaging
