About This Role

Join Sonshine Learning Center in Greenville, SC as an Assistant Toddler Teacher working with Infant / Toddler (0–2). The role calls for no formal credential — just relevant experience and offers $14 – $16/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will work a Monday-Friday schedule, from 9am to 6pm.

What You'll Do

• Implement a safe and engaging learning environment by adhering to licensing and quality standards.
• Meet the requirements for employment, including passing health assessments, TB tests, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• Complete annual training hours to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Develop and execute lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
• Ensure the classroom is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Provide comprehensive support to the children, meeting their daily needs with empathy and care.
