Assistant to Clavicular

Location: Miami, FL (Paramount Miami Worldcenter — Downtown Miami)

Type: Full-time, live-in position with private accommodations

About The Role

Clav is a content creator and entrepreneur running multiple businesses — a live streaming operation on Kick, a supplement company, an online education community, and a talent management company — all from his base in Downtown Miami. His days are fast, unpredictable, and public-facing, and he needs one person at the center of it all keeping the machine running. This is not a 9-to-5 admin job. It's a right-hand role for someone who wants to operate at the core of a fast-moving creator business: managing the principal's day from morning to night, running point on team coordination, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll live on-site, travel when needed, and have visibility into every part of the operation.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Personal Support

• Run the morning routine: wake-up, coordinate with the house chef so breakfast and morning supplements are ready on schedule
• Organize and track daily medication and supplement schedules; prepare and hand off at set times each day
• Prepare and deliver a printed daily itinerary each morning
• Pack and prep for all travel (Clav travels frequently, domestic and international)

Calendar, Communications & Logistics

• Own the calendar end-to-end: scheduling, reminders, conflict management, and daily prioritization
• Manage the work phone: texting and coordinating with team, partners, and contacts on Clav's behalf
• Book all travel — flights, hotels, ground transport — and build clean itineraries
• Handle building logistics: daily guest access via the building app, front desk and building calls, deliveries

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Take tasks from the master to-do list and assign each to the right team member (editors, coaches, production, contractors)
• Check progress throughout the day and send Clav structured hourly status updates
• Collect end-of-day reports from every team member and consolidate into a single evening summary
• Flag blockers, chase overdue items, and keep the whole team accountable

On-Stream & Production Support

• Be present during IRL and studio streams to handle live logistics: runs, guest coordination, gear, food, whatever the moment needs
• Support shoots, events, and collabs as an on-the-ground problem solver

Requirements

• Experienced in executive assistance, operations, production coordination, or similar high-tempo support roles
• Extremely organized and detail-obsessed — you catch things before they become problems
• A strong communicator who can text, call, and coordinate professionally on someone else's behalf
• Comfortable with task-management and scheduling software (ClickUp/Asana, Google Calendar, etc.) and quick to learn new tools
• Discreet and trustworthy — you'll handle private information, finances-adjacent logistics, and a public figure's personal life
• High energy and flexible: this role has long, irregular hours that follow a streamer's schedule, including nights and weekends
• Able to live on-site in Downtown Miami and travel on short notice
• Calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy being the person everyone relies on
