Position Summary

The Assistant TLC Leader’s primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the facilities operations. This position manages the inbound and outbound flow of products with a focus on safety and customer service. The Assistant TLC Leader ensures that all assets are properly protected while the distribution center maintains a safe, clean working environment. This position ensures company assets are properly protected and that all corporate operational policies and procedures are adhered to. The individual must exhibit the following core TireHub commitments: Approachable, Adventurous, Relentless, and Speedy.

Role Specifics

  • Manages all aspects of the facilities “back shop” operations
  • Manages the flow of inbound and outbound products
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment
  • Ensures company assets are properly protected
  • Ensures adherence to all corporate operational policies and procedures
  • Acts as TLC Manager in his/her absence
  • Opens/ closes facility as required
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
  • Experience with KPI management
  • Supervisor or management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field, MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
